If you are not satisfied with your perfume purchase, you may request a return or exchange. To be eligible, the perfume must not be used more than 3 ml, and the bottle must be returned in its original condition, free from any damage, leakage, or tampering. Products that show excessive usage or physical damage will not qualify for a refund or exchange. All requests are subject to verification and approval as per our terms and conditions.
